AREA | 2,500 SQFT

 

Located in the heart of Old San Juan the owners of this residence wanted to honor and respect the original architecture but introducing a modern twist. Inspired by this vision the concept was named “Old Meets New”. The main focus was to create a warm, welcoming space with a vibrant energy by using the orange color hue as the protagonist and working with restoring the original wood floors, ceiling beams and windows. Something really fascinating about the design is the glass floor in the dining area making you feel like floating under a beautiful blue sky full of comfort, happy and at ease.
